Five-axis Machine Tool Controller
2026/09/29
Introductions
Rolling bearing modules are prone to wear and fatigue failure, affecting machine accuracy and service life. Hydrostatic modules, however, are limited by a narrow speed range and small fixed tilt angles, and are mostly used in precision grinding machines. Currently, the machine tool industry still lacks key hydrostatic rotary table modules suitable for ultra-precision turn-mill-grind hybrid machining applications.
Technical Advantages and Features
- Built-in Temperature Control System: First in the industry to integrate a variable-frequency cooling system into the hydraulic unit, improving energy efficiency and enhancing temperature control stability. Precisely controls oil temperature at 27 ± 0.1°C, reducing energy consumption by 39.33% and lowering total power usage to 1,121 W.
- Large Dual-axis Hydrostatic Rotary Table for Hybrid Machining: Uses a specialized multi-channel return system to recover oil at any tilt angle. With add-on modules, standard equipment can be transformed into dedicated systems for hybrid machining. Applied to turn–mill–grind hybrid machining, delivering high precision and long service life. The hydrostatic oil film remains thermally stable and maintains accuracy under prolonged operation.
- World’s Largest Module: Developed the world’s largest “400-type hydrostatic dual-axis rotary table,” featuring higher rotational speed and a wider range of applications.
