SHENG-FAN WEN received the Bachelor and Master degree of Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. His research interests include the Piezo Actuator Control, Mechatronics, Servo Systems, Electric Vehicles and UAVs. Now, he is a researcher of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan, and Mechanical and Mechatronics Systems Research Laboratories.
