Hung-Tsai Wu

Biography

Hung-Tsai Wu was born in 1985. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Communications Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan in 2009 and 2016, respectively. Currently, Dr. Wu is the manager of the Prognosis & Quality Control Department in Mechanical and Mechatronics Systems Research Labs (MMSL), ITRI, Taiwan. Dr. Wu’s research focused on smart manufacturing technology development, especially on predictive maintenance, non-destructive testing, and energy-saving control methods and systems. He is also experienced in digital signal processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
