Biography

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA
• Led a team to win the 2015 U.S. R&D 100 Awards, authored 20 journal papers, and presented 18 conference papers
• Served as Division Director for the Industrial Technology Research Institute’s (ITRI) Mechanical and Mechatronics Systems Research Lab (MMSL)
• Currently International Affairs Officer and Representative of ITRI Europe Office, focusing on the promotion of technological collaboration between Europe and Taiwan
