Chih-Chieh Cheng received a BS degree in Materials Science and Engineering, an MBA degree from the University of La Verne, and a PMP certification from Boston University. She specialized in smart manufacturing integration, yield enhancement, product development, and project management in the Optoelectronics and Mechanical manufacturing industry.
