簡介 Introductions

智慧化列車自動洗車設備(Intelligent Automatic Train Washing System)整合列車智慧辨識、能耗與定檢管理、高壓水刀、毛刷清洗及低壓水洗等多模式清洗整合功能,可依據列車種類與車體特徵自動切換不同的洗車模式,減少車體因不當清洗模式損傷車漆,提升列車清洗品質及效率,並可視化設備能耗與維運管理。

An intelligent automatic train washing system integrating AI-based train identification, multi-mode washing, energy management, and maintenance management. The system automatically selects the optimal washing mode based on train type and carbody characteristics, enhancing cleaning quality and operational efficiency while minimizing the risk of paint damage.

    • The system has been deployed on the automatic train washing line at the Taipei Rolling Stock Branch of Taiwan Railway Corporation (TRC). It integrates high-pressure water jets, brush washing, and low-pressure washing, automatically selecting the appropriate washing procedure based on train type and carbody characteristics to meet the cleaning requirements of TRC’s full range of rolling stock.
    • The system also incorporates AI-based train identification, energy management, and inspection and maintenance management, enabling operations and maintenance teams to effectively monitor equipment maintenance status and resource consumption.
