簡介 Introductions

本技術透過高擬真模擬平台,事前Al學習與驗證後,導入實體機器人,進行仿人雙手協作組裝之技術,並導入於手工具產 業進行手工具之組裝作業。透過本技術可降低自動化導入之失敗風險,並提高自動化導入速度,有效彌補缺工及人才不易找尋之問題,相關技術也可用於其他自動化系統中。

This technology uses a high-fidelIty simulation platform forAl learnIng and valIdation before applying it to physical robots. lt involves dual-arm collaborative assembly for the hand tool industry, reducing automation failure risks and speeding up implementation. This approach addresses labor shortages and can be applied to other automated systems.
