產業脈動｜生成式AI驅動數位轉型

摘要：生成式AI技術快速發展，成為數位轉型的重要工具之一。透過案例分析，介紹GPT-4模型的應用案例，展現出AI模型所具備的推理能力。基於AI對自然語言的理解能力與推理能力，所帶來的典範轉移將大幅改變應用程式的開發架構。企業如何採用正確的策略確保在AI所引發的數位轉型過程中保持競爭優勢，以及如何負責任地治理生成式AI所建構的應用程式，以確保AI應用程式的公平性、可靠性、隱私、包容性、透明度和當責性。

Abstract：Generative AI technology is advancing rapidly and has emerged as a crucial tool for digital transformation. By analyzing specific cases, we introduce the application scenarios of the GPT-4 model, showcasing its reasoning capabilities. The paradigm shift driven by AI’s natural language comprehension and reasoning abilities will profoundly impact application development architecture. Companies must strategically adopt approaches to maintain a competitive edge in the face of AI-driven digital transformation. Additionally, responsible governance of generative AI applications is essential to uphold fairness, reliability, privacy, inclusivity, transparency, and accountability.

前言

2022年11月，ChatGPT帶來了生成式AI的風潮，過去一年技術快速的發展，讓人們看見眾多的應用。由文字進展到影像生成再到影片生成，每次展現出來的應用總是讓人眼睛為之一亮。本文將透過介紹生成式AI在電腦視覺的案例開始，逐步說明企業發展生成式AI應用驅動數位轉型的策略規劃，後續再說明由傳統型應用程式典範轉移到智慧型應用程式。為了確保AI的可靠性，微軟成立了負責任AI辦公室，並發布了一系列的負責任AI標準和工具；其中，微軟的六大負責任AI原則包括公平性、可靠性及安全、隱私與資安、包容性、透明度和當責。這些原則指引了開發者，並確保AI應用符合這些基本要求，透過這樣的架構，我們能夠成功開發出多樣性的AI應用，並逐層檢驗其是否遵循這六大原則。

生成式AI最新應用案例

讓我們先來看幾個生成式AI的案例。首先，提供如圖1所示的影像給GPT-4，並且提供下列的提示：綠色圈起來的螺絲頭是正常的，請檢測其他4張圖片，判斷是否有瑕疵？AI模型的回應如圖1下所示。AI直接指出1, 3, 4號螺絲是有瑕疵，同時也描述了觀察到的瑕疵，第2號螺絲則是正常無瑕疵。

我們再看另外一個例子。圖2，提供遮蔽部份影像給GPT-4並且要求AI模型從影像中擷取出所有的文字；模型解釋由於這是手寫文字，「看起來像Mark」，被遮蔽的部份無法辨識。再提供如圖3，遮蔽較少的影像給GPT-4，要求AI擷取所有的文字，並解釋看到的文字；AI模型的回應如下，模型判斷出看到的文字是“Milk”及“Steak”，可能是採購清單也可能是食譜的材料列表。同時，模型也解釋有部份影像被遮蔽，影響模型的判別。圖4則提供完整的影像給GPT-4模型並且要求AI擷取所有的文字，並解釋看到的文字；AI模型的回應如下。GPT-4將採購清單正確的解析出來，同時也正確的理解清單上面註解的訊息。

由前面兩個例子我們看到GPT-4模型在影像辨識上能力、對影像的理解能力及相關的推理能力。從2022年11月開始，我們不斷地看到生成式AI驚人的應用案例，從文字語句的生成，到影像的創作，持續讓人們期待AI時代帶來的變化。
