Jui-Mei Hsu received her Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Utah, where her study was on neuro-prosthetic coatings. She engaged in molecular biology and flat panel display fields prior to her PhD study. She is currently a R&D Manager in ITRI/MMSL, and her current research topics include atmospheric pressure plasma as well as hard & brittle materials processing.
