簡介 Introductions

依據國內長照領域專家建議與長照機構需求，開發具下背部支撐功能之照護者外骨骼省力輔具，有效改善不便穿脫與穿戴期間活動受限等問題，協助照護人員減輕負擔，以因應長照場域人力短缺與高齡化挑戰。

To address the urgent challenges of workforce shortages and an aging caregiver population in care institutions, we have developed a caregiver-assistive exoskeleton with lower back support. This device effectively addresses common issues such as difficulty in donning and doffing, as well as movement restrictions during use. It helps reduce the physical burden on caregivers and meets the needs of domestic long-term care institution.

特色與創新 Characters and Innovations

• 改善使用者體驗，穿戴方便、服貼舒適，讓動作更自然，穿戴時間小於60秒。
• 降低照護過程中因單調重複動作造成的下背部負擔，助力結構模組可減少下背施力達25%。考量多數使用者為女性照服員，設計強調性別兼容與穿戴舒適性。
• 整體採用軟布材與機構件結合的複合式設計，透過布材的包覆性達到保護與重量分散效果，並藉由機構件提升助力與透氣性。
• 內建姿態角度與動作次數偵測功能，可搭配行動裝置與APP，即時提醒照護人員工作狀態。
