簡介 Introductions

傳統車載端軌道偵測系統仰賴雲端運算,告警延遲常大於 5 秒,導致列車因資訊不即時而錯失煞車時機;傳統路側系統易受雜草、雨霧等因素干擾而產生誤告警,且對 20 cm 等小型異物之遠距辨識能力不足。高誤報率常導致列車行控中心難以做出即時且正確的決策。

Traditional onboard detection systems rely on cloud computing, causing alert latencies of more than 5 seconds and leading to missed braking windows. Meanwhile, conventional trackside systems are prone to false alarms from weeds or weather interference and lack the long-range resolution to identify small 20 cm obstacles. These high false-alarm rates make it difficult for Operations Control Centers (OCC) to make timely and accurate decisions.

    • Provides fixed-point blind spot protection, detecting obstacles as small as 20 cm within a 150 m range in real time.

    • Field-validated on the Taoyuan Metro network, the system demonstrated robust performance across varied operating conditions. Its obstacle detection rate, false-alarm rate and notification latency met the field trial's 99.75% three-sigma (3σ) acceptance criteria. Integrated onboard and trackside sensing with 5G and V2X reduced detection-to-driver alert latency from over 5 s to 0.5 s, enabling earlier braking and faster OCC response. The solution supports high-speed rail, mainline rail, metro and light rail applications, helping reduce collision risks and service disruptions.
