簡介 Introductions
赫侖(工研院機械所衍伸新創),深耕機器人研磨拋光自動化超過 8 年,核心產品 HolonOS 是一套經驗驅動的機器人作業系統。導入自動化拋光研磨時,工件擺放誤差與來料細微差異是兩大瓶頸——固定路徑無法因應變化,導致品質不穩或需人工重新校正。HolonOS 可以在工件上線後自動掃描、定位、修正路徑,讓製造現場真正實現彈性自動化。
Holon Robotics, a spin-off from ITRI, brings 8+ years of robotic grinding and polishing expertise. When automating grinding and polishing, fixture misalignment and part-to-part variation are two key bottlenecks — fixed paths can't adapt to change, leading to unstable quality or manual recalibration. Once a part is loaded, HolonOS can automatically scans, localizes, and corrects the robot path, enabling truly flexible automation on the factory floor.

- 3D 視覺即時逆向建模:工件上線後 15 分鐘內完成「拍攝 → 建模 → 路徑生成」,全程不需要 CAD、不需要寫程式。
- 點雲疊合自動定位:前後點雲特徵比對,即時修正工件位置與手臂姿態,無需人工對位。
- 路徑即時補償:依各工件實際差異自動調整加工路徑,避免碰撞並確保品質穩定。

- ICP-based auto-localization: Compares pre- and post-scan features to instantly correct part position and robot pose — no manual alignment needed.
- Real-time path compensation: Automatically adjusts the robot path based on each part's actual variation, avoiding collisions and ensuring consistent quality.
