簡介 Introductions
CNC加工過程中,長條狀切屑易纏繞於工件、刀具或夾治具周圍,造成上下料干涉、加工中斷、工件刮傷與巡檢人力負擔增加。結合影像辨識、機器人操作與排除路徑規劃技術,自動判斷纏屑位置並清除,協助產線降低停機時間與人工巡檢頻率,提升加工穩定性與自動化程度。
During CNC processes, long chips may become entangled around the workpiece, cutting tool, or fixture, causing loading/unloading interference, production interruption, workpiece scratches, and increased inspection manpower. This system integrates vision recognition, robotic operation, and removal path planning to automatically identify chip-entanglement locations and execute removal tasks.
